Halfway to Hungary!‏

Holy cow, I can't believe we've already hit the halfway mark! Things at the MTC have changed a lot this last week! One of our teachers, Fresh Nővér, is getting married next week, so Friday was her last day here at the MTC. She was our very first teacher so it was sad to see her leave, but we are super happy for her! The whole time here she only spoke Hungarian to us, but on Friday she was speaking English, so that was pretty trippy! We had what is considered a party and the MTC and she told us all
about her mission in Hungary and about the people there! Apparently Hungarians are very superstitious, so that provides for a lot of quality stories!

Yesterday we also got a new batch of Fins in! We were super shocked, but there are 11 of them: 2 sisters and 9 elders! We haven't met them all yet, but we are super ecstatic to have some more people in our zone cause the Estonians leave on Monday and we won't be getting any new ones before we leave! We also met a Hungarian this week named Sister Huszti! She is going on her mission to Canada and she is literally the sweetest thing ever! She knew one of the girls in our district through Facebook so she bought us postcards in Hungary before she left and gave them to us!
Our devotional this week was Gerald Causse, the first counselor in the presiding bishopric! His talk was amazing! Him and his wife both talked alot about the reasons that we are on our missions. Ultimately it all comes back to Christ! Missions aren't easy, and it is hard to leave your life when your life is just starting, but we are doing it for the Lord, and there is no other experience that will ever compare to the one that I have right now! I love my family, and I love my friends, but I love my Savior more and that is the reason that I have chosen to take the time out of my life to serve Him! It's a miraculous work, we literally see miracles here at the MTC everyday! But then again, life in and of itself is a miracle, and I know that you will see the miracles in your life if you choose to look for them!
I love all of you, have a great week!

Szertettel,
LeBaron Nővér
